Services for Counselors & Administrators
Counselors are provided with an adjunct system to generate reports of the users’ results, manage the users’ records, and customize the system’s services. A secure and confidential data base with a built-in Menu provides the following services:

• Reports for Counselors: The MGC reports enable you to:
  • View the complete results of any individual user.
  • Monitor the progress of users to see which modules they used and dates of usage.
  • Identify all users that fall into any given Holland Interest Code group so you can notify them about relevant job fairs, internships, guest speakers, employers, volunteer projects, etc.
• Self-Registration by The Users: They can Self-Register to use the system. This eliminates clerical work for the counselors. A notice is automatically emailed to the counselors for each new registration.
• Grouping The Users: Counselors can create and give names to groups into which the users categorize themselves when they register to use the system. For example, you can categorize the users by Education Background, Work Experience, etc. You can selectively view the results of any group.
• Co-Branding: You can insert your organization’s name, Logo, and your office’s phone number on all the MGC screens.
• Customizing: Counselors can Turn "On” or "Off” either one or both of the functions that enables the user to:
  • "Search for Colleges, Universities, Technical Institutes, etc”
  • "Search for Jobs, View Tips for Resume Writing and Cover Letters”
